We have been working on something special for a long time and now it’s finally time to share our passion project, Radiant Orchard Cider Project.
For anyone who knows our story, we were in the planning process of opening our own brewery before the pandemic hit and we hit the pause button on that and pivoted to the distribution side of the industry. For a long time now, we have been wanting to figure out how to scratch that creative itch and we are super excited to share this new project with the world.
The first release is Uncommon Path DH Cider, which has been subtly dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin and comes in at 6.0% ABV. This dry cider has been infused with the unique flavors and aromas of Nelson Sauvin hops, creating a one-of-a-kind beverage that is both refreshing and complex. With notes of strong tropical fruit, citrus, and white grape this cider is a delightful balance of sweetness and hoppy bitterness. The dry-hopping process adds an extra layer of complexity to the cider, resulting in a bright and flavorful drinking experience. Perfect for those who appreciate the nuances of craft beverages, this semi-dry cider is sure to satisfy the palate of any cider or beer lover.
Look for limited distribution in the coming weeks and then a wider release in Q3 2023.
